It amazes me that in the three weeks I’ve been gone Kacy and I have done so many things and been to so many places than I have in years.________________________
Mali: (03.10.06-3.21.06)
Looked for our house in our town. – Slept under the night sky at one of the villages. – Drove accross Africa (well from one of the towns back to the capital) it was a manual truck and it took 7 hours. – Learned how to order food in French. – Learned how to wash and cook our food (yes it’s done differently in Africa)
France: (We had a day layover on our way to Thailand)
Had breakfast at a cafe (we're starting to figure out survival French) - Visited Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Mussee D’Orsay, had lunch at some street vendor and we're still pretty healthy. - Rode the train / RER all over the city.

brr it's cold out here... we had to buy hats and scarves...
Thailand: (1st week of training – 2 and ½ weeks left)
Rode an elephant. – Went bouldering – Rented a scooter...
...and many many more adventures to come!!!

sounds like ya'll are having fun...wish i could ride an elephant. i will have to settle for a camel.
